Where are you?
We are located at 70 Central Park Avenue Craigieburn 3064. We are situated within Craigieburn Medical and Dental Centre, on the corner of Aitken Blvd and Central Park Avenue, opposite the Hume Global Learning Centre and Splash waterpark.
Will my insurance cover any prescription medicine I purchase?
In Australia most insurance companies will only pay for items that are priced above the PBS prescription price for general patients. In 2022 this is $41.50. In general you will only receive the difference between what you pay and the PBS Price. For example if you pay $60 for a prescription you can expect to get back $60.00-$41.50 = $18.50. The amount you get back will also depend on your insurer and your policy.
How do I refill or order new prescriptions?
Just bring your prescription paperwork with you into the store and we will process it as soon as possible.
Alternatively if you have an e-script you can either:
-Bring your QR code into the store
- Send us an email containing your script token.
and we will get straight onto it.

If you have run out of prescriptions you will need to visit you doctor to obtain a new one before we are able to supply more medicines.

Can I buy generic brand prescriptions even though my doctor prescribed me a brand name medication?
Most of the time the brand of medication you receive is your choice. This does not apply when the Doctor has specifically asked that you receive a certain brand. There is a check box on each prescription for the Doctor to mark if they do NOT want a substitution made. If this box is blank it is your choice (majority of the time).
Can I get my prescription from you if I didn't see a Doctor at Craigieburn Medical and Dental Centre?
Yes! We can dispense all legal prescriptions and would love to help.
